Engaged Leadership created a youth leadership training for underserved high school students at one of our partner schools. Our work together was a true collaboration, and centered on the skills our youth need to become leaders in their school community. Engaged Leadership was introduced to us by one of our corporate partners and they instantly got excited about providing key elements of their training program to high school students. For the last two years, Engaged Leadership has invested time and expertise in our students at no cost, bringing their leadership development expertise to South LA teens. Melanie and her team are outstanding, responsive and in tune with the skills our youth need to work in teams, communicate effectively and problem-solve. We started the partnership during the pandemic and all the initial programs were conducted on Zoom. Nevertheless, the students gained a great deal and the partnership is now continuing with both virtual and in-person sessions. This is a wonderful program and team, and we feel very grateful that our students are receiving the same expert training as successful household name companies!

My EngagedLeadership Coach was instrumental to my professional development as a leader. Traits that set her apart from other Coaches I’ve interacted with are: (a) high EQ and gauge of company and organizational culture (b) understanding of self-awareness and energy management (c) valuing cultural differences and adapting communication styles to both the coached employee and the organization. Highly impactful executive coaching resource. Engaged Leadership has many resources for leadership development, all of which are highly customized to solve the situation at hand. I have the most experience with their individual executive coaching resources and really appreciate their thoughtful approach to providing the right coach for each particular client, and the fact that they offer a variety of packages since not every person requires the same exact duration or depth. They provide a spectrum of options and have partnered with me over the years to find the right one for each and every executive.
