Amanda Rose is an organizational, educational and leadership consultant and executive coach. She has provided consultation to organizations in leadership development, executive assessment, training design and delivery, executive coaching, presentation skills and career counseling. She has experience consulting to a range of industries including financial services, secondary and higher education, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, and marketing research. Her clients have included Princeton University, Merrill Lynch, The Provident Bank, Merck & Company, Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory, Princeton Day School, Christiana Care Health System, The Wharton School, American Management Association, and Bristol-Myers Squibb.
Amanda is affiliated with the University of Pennsylvania where she has been a member of the Wharton School’s Executive Development Program’s Leadership Workshop, and is on the executive coaching staff of Wharton’s Leadership Development and Coaching Program (ECFP). In addition, she serves as Staff Leader and teaching assistant for the course “Leadership: Designing the Future.”
She has been a sought after speaker with the American Management Association, teaching Presentation Skills; a leadership development consultant with Bristol-Myers Squibb Pharmaceutical Institute, running an assessment; a consultant for the strategy development consulting firm Lubin Lawrence Inc.; and the Executive Director of Inspirica (formerly Stanford Coaching Inc.), a boutique educational consulting firm in New York City.
Amanda earned a doctorate in Organizational Psychology from Rutgers University, an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a B.A. from Cornell University. For six years she was a member of the Board of Trustees at the Princeton Charter School, serving as its Vice-President and chair of the Communications and Personnel committees.
She is based in Princeton, NJ.
