Betsy Schuring

A healthy and engaged culture starts at the top, with the leader’s understanding of their innate talents, as well as those of their team members. For nearly 20 years, Betsy has dedicated her career to furthering this belief. She has partnered with C-suite and emerging leaders to: clarify goals and intentions, create strategies, and serve as an accountability partner, helping individuals and teams realize their full potential. Whether looking to further develop in their current role or in a place of transition, she helps individuals realize their full potential.

Betsy is passionate about partnering with leaders who want to clarify their purpose and be more dynamic and intentional in their lives. Through a strengths-based lens, she helps identify core aptitudes by leveraging an individual’s unique “super-powers” to achieve personal and professional goals.

While the foundation of Betsy’s coaching and consulting is centered on shining a light on individual’s innate talents, she also recognizes the importance of uncovering blind spots. Her insightful and caring, yet honest style allow her to establish a level of trust with clients that leads to measurable results.

In addition to individualized coaching, Betsy has a passion for and experience in serving as a facilitator for small teams, as well as large global organizations. The focus of these high energy and engaging seminars is to enhance: self/other-awareness, organizational/talent fit, communication, collaboration, morale, employee engagement and overall organizational performance.
