 Intended For: Executive and Senior Leaders whose success is critical to the organization. This process ensures that the Coachee has regular and consistent interaction with their Coach who is providing regular feedback, assistance and Coaching to help ensure the Coachee acquires and implements their new perspectives and skills.  Typical Duration - 6-9 Months

  • 360 Feedback - A combination of verbal interviews and an online survey with critical constituents
  • Feedback Review and Action Planning
  • Weekly Coaching Support Calls - via phone or video
  • Bi-Monthly Face-to Face Meetings
  • Regular On-site and Virtual Shadowing

Executive Development Coaching

Intended for: Leaders at various levels and similar to our Executive Coaching engagement, this program has been designed for those that you need to lead, interact and communicate more effectively without the time commitment and investment of a full six-month coaching engagement.  Typical Duration - 4 Months

360 Feedback with Coaching Support

Intended for: Any leader who would benefit from a feedback process that will provide a powerful snapshot of their current effectiveness and developmental opportunities managed and delivered by a neutral third party professional Coach. Typical Duration - 2 Months

  • Online 360 assessment with self assessment and feedback from others
  • Feedback review with a Coach
  • Scheduled Support Conversations - via phone or video
  • Action/Goal planning and handoff conversation with the Leader and their Manager
