Mira is an executive coach, leadership consultant, and facilitator. She works with clients to maximize their personal competitive advantage by focusing on their executive presence, leadership style, and interactions with others. Mira builds on the fundamental elements that make her clients unique and helps leverage strengths and hone qualities that will influence others and get results. She challenges clients to think about what impression they want to make and what needs to shift to get there.
Mira’s clients range from high potentials, stuck on how to position their value proposition and get to the next level, to senior leaders who need to think differently about how they communicate their ideas, inspire their team, and gain credibility from stakeholders and other leaders.
She knows from her work as a senior leader that there are many facets to being successful—it’s about passion for the work, self-confidence, authenticity in all relationships, strategic thinking, asking the unexpected, provocative question and getting results. Mira helps clients be thoughtful and deliberate about the impact they want to have whether it’s in a group, a one-on-one meeting, over the phone or in email. She does not shy away from challenging them.
Mira’s previous experience was as a Vice President at BlessingWhite, a global human resources consulting firm, where she served on the executive team and managed a team of sales professionals; she was also one of the top sales producers for many years. She also worked at The Advisory
Board, a Washington, DC-based research and technology think tank.
She received her B.A. in English from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Mira’s coaching training is from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and a number of leadership development and career-based solutions by The Energy Project and BlessingWhite.
