Steve Dealph has a mission of engaging leaders and organizations be better than they are through coaching, facilitation, and organization development and change management consulting. He has over 20 years of experience working in multiple industries including consumer products, retail, entertainment, gaming and interactive media, licensing, higher education and manufacturing.
He also partnered with best-selling leadership author, Steve Farber, to design and develop workshops based on Farber’s Extreme Leadership Model and served as Master Trainer for all facilitators.

Executive Coaching: Steve partners with leaders to first build trust and then identify opportunities for growth. Steve’s clients often say he helps them better understand how their leadership style impacts the organization’s ability to do their best work and then develop an plan to enhance their style; not become someone else.
Workshop and Team Facilitation: Steve’s strength in facilitation comes from his knowledge of content and skill in connecting it to the needs of the organization. Examples include facilitating leadership and skill development to retail executives and helping teams gain role clarity and prioritize business objectives.
Organization Development Consulting: Steve has designed and implemented onboarding processes, assimilated new leaders and acquired companies, and launched talent, performance and career initiatives acrossFortune 500 companies. He has partnered with internal business and HR partners to launch employee engagement solutions.
Organization Change Management/Readiness: Steve has implemented large-scale system changes such as SAP/ERP as well as re-shaping and re-branding teams to meet business needs.
Steve has a B.S. Degree in Marketing from the University of Southern Indiana and a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from Bowing Green State University. He has taught courses in Leadership Development at Northwestern University and Miami University of Ohio.
He holds several industry recognized certifications including the Emotional Social Competency Inventory 360 Assessment and the Leadership Styles & Organization Climate Assessments. He is certified in several assessment tools such as DiSC and LPI as well as leadership development workshops such as Helping
Others Succeed, Leading Technical Professionals, and Leading Out Loud.
Steve lives in Southern California and loves hiking with his two dogs, volunteering, and travel. He is halfway through to his goal of attending all four tennis Grand Slams (watch out Australia and Paris!)
