Liudmila Read is a people development consultant with expertise in programme design, programme directing, training, facilitation and 1:1 coaching. Born in Bryansk, Russia, she has worked in Moscow for over 10 years and currently lives in the UK carrying out training and development projects for international organisations in the Russian speaking countries, UK, Europe and Asia.

Liudmila has practiced in the field of learning and development since 2006, facilitating learning for delegate groups, from senior management down to graduate and entry level.

She is a skilled and sensitive facilitator and coach, with a wide and flexible range of interventions. Her approach allows her to build rapport with her delegates, quickly fostering an environment of openness and trust.

Delegates find Liudmila’s style of facilitation clear, warm, change-provoking, pragmatic, flexible and culture-sensitive. She is skilled at maintaining a high level of engagement for the group while taking into account individual learning styles. Her encouraging approach provides a base of support from which she will challenge and question.
