Aram is a Leadership Facilitator and Executive Coach, with over 30 years’ experience in corporate learning and development. He has worked with thousands of leaders in tech, pharma, finance, consumer products, government and non-profit organizations across the country and in Japan.

A keynote speaker with a background in corporate sales and marketing, Aram helps clients develop their interpersonal influence and executive presence. He is a skilled coach of public speaking, presentation and communication skills, and helps executives in any stage of their careers become better communicators and stronger leaders.

He is certified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and is well practiced in the DiSC Personality Profile, the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Indicator, and a range of 360 feedback and leadership assessment tools. He is also a certified instructor of Crucial Conversations, an internationally acclaimed conflict resolution training program.

Aram is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area where he lives with his wife and son. He enjoys biking, softball, and skiing, and playing jazz and funk in several local bands.
