Graduating from Montclair State University with a Master’s of Arts in Adult Education and Training and Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Scott completed the Harvard Business School Executive Development Program – Leading Professional Service Firms. He is a featured public speaker on leadership development and coaching at the Chief Learning Officers Forum, ATD, NJ Organizational Development (NJOD), SHRM, Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network and others. President of Goodwill Fire Company, Scott lives at the Jersey Shore with his wife and has three young-adult children. He enjoys running on the boardwalk and walking on the beach.
