Elijah Seay is a leadership coach who empowers individuals to cultivate self-awareness, self-regulation, and self-compassion in their personal and professional lives. Elijah helps clients develop clarity, confidence, and the skills to navigate complex situations with authenticity and adaptability. He’s spent nearly a decade helping leaders and teams build stronger connections through his time as an HR Manager, ICF-PCC coach, and facilitator.
