Larry has coached me for the past 6-8 months; the results have been amazing. Beyond being a great guy, Larry has been able to bring visibility to some of my blind spots in a way that not only helps me see them but also understand their impact along with simple actions to gain more awareness and address them. He has a style that gets me to open up and speak freely knowing that it is a high trust environment focused on making me better. His feedback is direct but delivered skillfully. I will be better because of it.

Larry’s a confidante, and advisor and his ability to ask the hard questions and push his clients toward self-reflection is outstanding. It’s rare to meet someone who can be so direct and honest about challenging issues while simultaneously being so likable and kind, and this genuine approach is what makes him special.
