Drawing from thirty years of experience in entrepreneurship, corporate consulting, and education, Marc helps leaders create breakthrough results by mastering both their internal state and external impact. His approach integrates neuroscience-based practices, mindfulness techniques, and proven leadership frameworks to help executives lead with greater clarity and sustainable impact.

Marc’s unique methodology combines business acumen with insights from depth psychology (supported by his MA in psychology) and positive psychology, helping leaders identify and transform limiting patterns while building on their strengths. His clients consistently discover how to stay energized and focused while driving organizational change, developing high-performing teams, and creating cultures of excellence.

Marc’s coaching style reflects his geographical journey—from New England to the San Francisco Bay Area, with a meaningful stop in Maui. He brings an energizing blend of East Coast sensibility, West Coast innovation, and the aloha spirit to his work. When not coaching, he can be found hiking redwood or waterfall trails, kayaking, white-water rafting, or dancing.
