Misty is an executive coach, organizational strategist, and conflict resolution specialist with over 20 years of experience helping leaders and teams navigate complex challenges and pivotal transitions with confidence and resilience. She has advised leaders in 18 countries across all sectors, with a keen ability to navigate cultural nuance and the unique dynamics of global teams. Known for her creative yet solutions-oriented approach, she equips leaders to make high-stakes decisions and resolve conflict while staying aligned with their values. Misty is a Certified Executive Coach, Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Certified Mediator, and Certified Organizational Ombuds. She also holds a M.A. in Psychology and a B.A. in Theater Arts Performance. Based in Marin County, CA, she is inspired by the redwoods and nature, creative expression, and a lifelong commitment to growth for herself and those she serves.
