Bio

With over 19 years in the coaching field and more than 30 years of executive and leadership experience, Yosi Kossowsky has built his practice on a simple belief: effective leadership starts with deep selfawareness. His journey from Chief Technology Officer and Senior Director of Talent Management to executive coach gives him unique insight into the real challenges leaders face every day.

Yosi works with leaders across all levels, from C-suite executives to first-line managers, helping them navigate complex workplace dynamics while staying true to their values. His clients span the globe, from innovative startups to Fortune 500 companies across technology, healthcare, financial services, and beyond.
