Holding a clinical psychology degree, Dane received his coaching certification from the International Coach Academy and is registered with the ICF (International Coach Federation). Dane has created and facilitated leadership training and development for first-time management, C-suite executives and whole departments to enhance their overall technical experience, engagement, and emotional intelligence. A South African, Dane lives in Rancho Cucamonga in Southern California. An avid learner, he keeps balance by training for weightlifting and CrossFit competitions, taking long walks with his wife and dogs, being near nature, and spending time with friends
