Rick earned his Bachelor of Science in Zoology at Syracuse University where he serves on the College of Arts & Sciences Dean’s Advisory Board. Certified by the International Coaching Federation, he has taught as an adjunct Professor at New York University and has served on numerous non-profit boards. As a coach and consultant, he has advised the Rolling Stones; the executives of the Navy SEAL Museum in Ft. Pierce, Florida; and the Magnetic Collective, a leading experiential marketing company. He is a career coach for the Flatiron School, a leading technology bootcamp, coaching software engineers, data scientists, product designers and cyber analysts and engineers. Rick is certified in IFC PCC. He is working on a leadership book based on his experience working with global superstars and world-class executives from cultures around the world.
